This cane is made of extremely strong hardwood and unfolds with the push of your thumb. The seats were made of canvas and rarely survive. Can be easily replaced. This model has a very clever mechanism. There have been more patents filed for seat canes than any other type of cane known. Pat. in 1860s. Condition (Excellent). Size 35" L.

This wonderful blue and white swirl enamelware soap set is quite unique with covers for each of the three dishes. Meant to hang on a wall, each metal jar is for a different kind of soap. Circa 1920's-30's it is in great condition for its age. Minor dings on lids & edges, the bottom of the "savon noir" container has a large ding - but nothing at all to detract from the charm of this rare find. Measures approx 15-1/2" long, 6-1/2" to highest, jars are 4" in diameter at widest.

This bowl was manufactured in London in 1784 by the famous partnership of silversmiths Daniel Smith and Robert Sharp, who produced silver for the firm of Parker and Wakelin, the Royal Goldsmiths who provided silver for the Prince of Wales and for much of the nobility of England. The bowl is formed of heavy gauge silver, weighing 10.37 troy ounces...

Painted to depict lotus blossoms and tendrils, having a seal mark in underglaze red to underside, interior and foot ring glazed turquoise, raised on carved hardwood stand, measures 6.5"Dia. x 2.75"H, circa late 19th-early 20th century. A Historical view early Staffordshire blue and white transfer ware pottery pitcher circa 1825. A fine rich blue color with scenic view of a old church with figures and cows by a river. In excellent condition no chips or cracks. Measuring approx. 5 inches tall by 6 inches at its widest point. A a nice addition to any Staffordshire collection.

Carved bone and ebony Civil War era dominoes. Mid 19th century. This complete set is comprised of 28 tiles carved from bone, laminated onto ebony, secured with brass pins. They are offered in their original wooden case with sliding cover. Box measures: 6.75" x 2.25" x 2.4". Condition is very good, but exhibiting some signs of wear and minor chipping to some tiles. All in all a great early game.
