A French Manche a Gigot bone holder used to secure a leg of lamb or mutton while carving. The handle bears the French guarantee mark of the first silver standard (.950) and the holder, with its crown shaped terminal and trefoil screw, is of silverplated steel. Circa 1860-80. A vintage c1930s ornate pair of sterling silver open salt dishes in the form of winged swans with cobalt glass salt dishes. The swans have fine detail and embossing along with openwork; the wings are riveted with silver plate on brass pins. These fine table decorations measure 3" long and 3" tall. English William Moorcroft art pottery cabinet vase with hibiscus decoration, together with a small Clematis bowl or dish. 20th century. Vase measures 3 7/8 in. ht. Dish is 3 1/2 in. in diameter. Retaining their original paper labels. Excellent condition.

This ladle was formed from a single steer horn and has been polished by years of use in service culinary soups and stews etc...Origins British Isles probably Scottish. There is a crack in the bowl but it retains its beauty as an object of the domestic arts.

Pair coin silver serving spoons. Each with Fiddle and Shell pattern and faintly monogrammed "NP". Both marked "C" within six point star mark. Presumably American Federal period. Each overall length: 9 7/8", bowl length: 2 7/8". One weighs 1.6 oz (46 grams) and the other weighs 1.5 oz (42 grams) for a total of just over 3oz.

A Joan of Arc International sterling silver handle 3 pc large carving set. It consists of the 13-3/8" carving knife, the 11-1/8" carving fork and the 13-1/8" sharpening steel. The tines and blade are stainless steel, the handles are sterling silver and the guards/bolsters are silver, rather than stainless steel (the pattern was introduced in 1940). This 3 piece is in superb condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs and it shows only slight signs of gentle use...

A huge Gouda Roma art pottery vase from the Royal Zuid works circa 1950s. This Dutch pottery vase is in white, black and gold. This example is quite large - it stands 7-7/8" high and it is 7-3/4" across at its widest. It has the gold hand written mark for Royal Zuid and it has an artist's signature and a 3125 pattern number. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, crazing, chips, losses, damage or repairs...
