A 14k white gold man's diamond with black onyx bullseye ring by Birks from the late 1930s 1950. This vintage size 7 men's ring by Birks Canada has a central 21 point genuine diamond which has a round black onyx stone bezel set around the centre stone. It is stamped BIRKS and 14 K and another mark. The whole ring is white gold, and was custom made at Birks. The ring comes with an independent gemologist's appraisal for $2000CAN...

Bangle bracelets, be they hinged or solid, are a big love of mine but I am doubly thrilled to be presenting here a set of three signed by the Los Castillo! How often does one see this form with this signature, truly? Not often enough is the answer and the rarity enhances the innate quality of the pieces...

This great Victorian Etruscan 14Kt yellow gold pendant is centered by an 18 X 13 millimeter oval faceted bezel set amethyst. A lace like masterfully created delicate Etruscan frame surrounds the center stone. The pendant is 1 7/8” high including the bail and 1” wide at the wide.

Today we have a signed Hector Aguilar necklace that was crafted before 1948. Jose Flores was allowed to also have his initials on some designs made in Aguilars shop and this is one of those pieces. The necklace is 17in. long and is .75in. tall. The silver is thick with a weight of 76 grams which is quite heavy with links that are open with space. With the silver at a higher content of 940 as marked the patina is warm and natural. There are no repairs or damage of any kind...

This lariat solid silver rope necklace is extremely elegant with a width of .25 inch. There is a clamp also hand made to fit this necklace and lock it in place where ever you wish it to hold. The tassels have the fine strands of chain with satin finish balls. With a weight of 93 grams it displays great beauty. The length with the tassels is approximately 42 dramatic inches. Also this jewel has no damage of any kind...

These handmade lacy drop earrings are composed of sterling silver wires shaped into rosettes, with bead centers. The earrings test strongly for sterling, and have been converted from screw backs to posts. They have at the same time a delicate design and a strong presence. The earrings measure 2 inches long by about 1 ½ inches at the widest part. Weight: 16.6 grams

1920-s 18Kt white gold filigree three stone ring is centered by an approximately 0.15Ct old-mine diamond. The center stone is flanked on either side by a 4 millimeter square natural sapphire. The top of the ring is covered by the stones, while the sides are masterfully decorated by openwork filigree. The ring is a size 6 ½ and can easily be sized.

A smashing and unusual multi color sterling necklace designed by Eigel Jensen for Anton Michelsen, Denmark. The 3 dimensional links are strung on silver chain and all move. There is an interesting wash on the links alternating pink, yellow and dark gray. It is subtle and does not show well in the photos but it is a great look. There is a simple hook closure under one of the links so looks continuous when closed. Measuring 16 1/2" end to end and 5/8" wide, it is in fine original condition...

Slick, minimalist and yet so eye-catching, a pair of Margot de Taxco silver and enamel earrings with distinctive trapezoidal dangles. Just note the way the silver polka dots jump out of the white enamel background! The earrings measure 1 3/8" long by just over 1" wide (at their widest) and weigh 18.4 grams (for the set). Fully hallmarked as shown with Margot's name as well as Eagle 16 and des. no 5586 and in excellent vintage condition.

A 14Kt white gold pair of classic style diamond cluster earrings with hanging amethyst briolette. Each earring has a flower shaped diamond cluster on top, a bezel set diamond, a white gold cap decorated by a diamond and a fully faceted drop shape amethyst. The approximate total weight of all 18diamonds is 0.30Ct. The approximate weight of all amethyst is 7.0Ct. The diamond cluster and the faceted amethyst are 7 millimeter wide, and the length of the earrings is 15/16”.

Vintage Taxco silver by pass ring bearing the signature of Pedro Castillo, a member of the renowned family of silversmiths and designers who worked for Spratling and was a maestro at Aguilar’s Taller Borda. In 1940 Pedro opened his own workshop and is mostly known for his high quality flatware yet his jewelry, though they do not surface very often, is worth looking for...

One of Margot de Taxco's best designs, in my opinion, with its heart-shaped links adorned by ornate repousse and superb blue art glass cabochons, this is a formidable bracelet to wear and to behold. Its presence powerful, not only because of its width but also because of the veritable visual feast that it presents, I would consider it a true heirloom piece...

Spratling designed this quite rare AZTEC MASK pin in the 1930's. The pin measures 3 inches across X 1 1/4 inches high & weighs 20 grams. The WS hallmarks on the pin date the piece to the 1930's. In the 1940's Spratling added additional elements to this design as pictured on Phyllis Goddards' site spratlingsilver.com. Please see the photo of the later design from Goddard's site for comparison. The piece is in great condition. The safety on the pin back is in fine working order.
