Eye Catching Chatelaine Clips Sweater Guards marked initials in back: Conjoined 'J F in U' inside a circle stamped: "Taxco Sterling" and something else. Wonderful Chased Long Horn Ram with body of a Dragon ending in a forked tail. The background resembles niello. These look chic clipped on to each collar point of a button up shirt! Beautiful pair of ornamented sterling cuff bracelets by Los Castillo. It is rare to find a pair such as these and they look wonderful worn together. They measure 5 1/2" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening so 6 3/4" total, and are 5/8" wide. They are in fine original condition and signed and numbered for Los Castillo as shown. A great set of bracelets.

A spectacular early 970 silver and moonstone necklace by Antonio Pineda. I believe this design of alternating silver leafs and moonstone clusters to be quite rare. The moonstones are beautiful, clear and blue and free of any chips or cracks. They are all original and none have been replaced. The necklace measures 15" or so. It is curved to fit the neck so hard to get an exact measurement. It is 3/4" wide and weighs 108 grams. Signed as shown in the photo...

From a private collection, this is a stunning sterling necklace and two bracelets sold at the Rancho Alegre, the largest silver shop in Taxco during the 1960s-70s. The designer initials are TRM . I do not know who this silversmith is, however, they sold their work at the Rancho Alegre. This smashing set consists of a 17" necklace and two 8" bracelets.
