A pair of antique walnut screened entrance doors with arched top. Circa 1840-1860. From a home in Bedford, Massachusetts. Complete with glass door knob and hardware. Screens are steel and are magnetized so would be great if used as an architectural display item. Size: 96" ht. x 20" wide (each door). Includes custom made iron brackets for wall display as folk art. Excellent condition.

Antique New York state Federal three-drawer work table or stand, in mahogany with curly maple drawer fronts and brass petal pulls. Circa 1820. Size: 29 inches high x 22 inches wide x 16 1/2 inches deep. The top drawer is fitted with a wooden writing surface and dividers for inkwells, and there is a lower shelf. Condition is very good.

A large country hutch table with round 56 inches diameter pine top, that hinges upright on an oak chair base with seat and turned legs. Age: 19th century. Table top height - 29 3/4 inches. Pegged construction with removable top secured by wooden dowels. It is rare to find one of these chair tables with such a large diameter and with no restrictive stretcher base; great overhang. Will seat 6-8 people with comfort. Excellent condition.

Gendarme of course refers to the French policemans hat which is the same as Napoleons classic chapeau. High in the center with a gentle slope that finishes in a crisp point at the corners. I was fortunate to snag this pair at a large outdoor show south of Paris. The competition is fierce at these hugs shows and most chairs have been bought up before I get a shot at them.
