Offered for sale is a rare, 19th century, apothecary, pharmacy hanging show globe that is complete with original chains and wall hanging bracket. This hand-blown glass globe sports an interior that is somewhat hazy and could use a slight cleaning.

Offered is an absolutely wonderful example of a New York City physician's traveling medicine case from the early 1900s. This choice case is embossed on the inside flap "FRANK CLYDE LEAVITT, MD - 714 WEST 181 ST., - NEW YORK CITY".

The case contains a total of 53 medicines, all of which are empty. Two of the vials are rather scarce Parke Davis examples: #359, CHORODYNE containing INDIAN CANNABIS and MORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE, and a second vial labeled #454 NEURALGIC INDIAN CANNABIS...

This wonderful pharmacy prescription scale dating to the early 1900s is in very nice condition! The scale box is finely constructed of oak and the balance beam scale comes with 5 small brass weights. The weighing mechanism works like new, in fact, there is not much wear apparent indicating minimal use and loving care over the years.

The oak case measures 11.75"L x 5.5"W and has a rich warm patina with very minor staining to the top. Displays wonderfully!

A Victorian 9k rose gold watch chain & fob with a seal end 1897. This 4" fob chain and 3/4" long seal are fully hallmarked - it is all solid gold. The 9/16" x 7/16" seal has a full set of hallmarks for Birmingham, England 1897 (probably, since the year date is slightly worn); each link is stamped 9 .375, and the swivel is stamped as well. The seal has a fancy Gothic THC monogram and this well made watch chain weighs 10.9 grams...
