Description: A cut-glaze Cizhou ewer pot was finely rendered.
By affluent carving skill, the potter decorated on the upper portion of the body with motifs of peony flowers and scrolling leaves and stems.
Added on the side with a leaf-like handle, the ewer was used by pouring liquid from the short spout

Date: Jin to Yuan periods,13th/14th century.

Description: A Longquan ewer was mold in a lovely size.
Being applied with characteristic celadon glaze, the ewer was exquisitely mold in a typical shape of a handled ewer pot.
The ewer stands by a well shaped foot ring which the revealed body clay was in pale gray tint when the charming firing-red was obviously developed.
The celadon glaze is beautiful and milky condition were obvious too.
In a lovely size and great glaze condition, incursions were nevertheless happened to the spout...

This wonderfully detailed Antique pendant is from Tibet. It has silver dragons surrounding a large veined turquoise stone with a smaller coral stone. Additional small bits of turquoise form the background for the dragons tail. The entire scene is backed and bordered with scalloped bronze. The rear of the pendant another oval shaped turquoise stone in a ribbed bezel. The pendent can be easily suspended from a simple black cord using the 2 attached bronze loops...

Description: A Zitan cup was well carved from one solid wood trunk.
Being decorated on two handles in bamboo form, the Zitan cup was well hollowed in a round shape and was in a plain form.
By excellent carving skill, the bamboo stalks were vividly imitated and being as good handles.
It was preserved in long time of age and already owned the enduring old purplish-black patina.
Overall condition was great when some old cracks were observed.
Some abrasions were at the bottom too.

Description:

An ivory plaque was kept in perfect condition.
Being preserved in enduring old condition-the darken patina and the naturally yielded crackles all over the surface, the plaque was used to be a pendant.
By rare and good quality, it was kept in plain form which was responding to a Chinese proverb-- Niang Tsa Bu Zhuo, A High-Ranking Material Is So Precious That Should Be Saved from Carving...

A pair of dragons vye for the Buddhist jewel in the dark stormy sky of this pair of Edo period scrolls by Ishida Yutei enclosed in an old custom wooden box. Ink on silk, in a brown silk border patterned with clouds and featuring bone rollers. Some minor marks in the upper border area. The scrolls measure 19-1/2 x 77 inches (50 x 195 cm) and are in fine condition. Ishida Yutei (1756-1815) was born in Kyoto, the third son of Ishida Yutei (different first character)...
