Channel the glamour of Mad Men in this real vintage cocktail ring. Exquisitely executed in 14 karat white gold, the ring features 14 old-mine cut diamonds surrounding an approximately 6 carat emerald cut deep velvet green tourmaline. The center stone measures 9.6 x 14 mm and the weight of the diamonds totals .55 carats. Some of the brilliant stones have minor nicks but, overall, this 1960’s beauty is in excellent condition. The ring is a size 8 and can easily be sized.

A rarely coming up bracelet by Taxco's foremost modernist maestro, this Antonio Pineda treasure is wrought in silver and adorned with obsidian bars and pearls. The design can be seen in Stromberg's catalogue for Pineda's exhibition at UCLA's Fowler Museum but in necklace form and it is a pleasure to wear! Caged in bullet-shaped links the obsidian bars peer through the cut-outs, their dark power contrasting with the delicate whiteness of the pearls...
This Antonio Pineda necklace is composed of eleven diamond shaped pyramidal onyx stones which are framed by silver "X" links. The clasp is a tongue in box which is a silver pyramidal shape as well. It's a design which is rarely seen, and a superb modernist piece which is fully articulated and lays perfectly on the neck. It's difficult to measure, so I've shown it against a ruler. I would say it fits more like a choker necklace and is meant to be worn higher on the neck...

Finely inlaid silver on iron box, with four round flattened feet.
Box measures 3 5/8" x 2" x 2 1/4" high.
Top decorated with yan-yang symbol, with gold overlay on silver, amidst scrolling, geometric designs and fretwork borders.
Both front and back have deer in round cartouche, with similar inlay in background, gold plating on figures of deer.
Sides have gold plated cranes, also in round cartouche, with geometric and scrolling elements.
In excellent condition, only very minor wear to silve...
