This Matl is halmarked for when Matilde Poulat was designing in her shop. The drop is 3.25 in. tall and 3 1/8th inches across. The chickies have rounded puffy bellies and are nicely carved. There is no damage to silver or stones. I categorize the size of this well done Matl as a medium size. There are 2 larger lead off links that are identical as the rest of the chain. The clasp is also jeweled ending the design with a well balanced appearance. The weight is 72 grams...

A Carved and Gilded Buddhist Reliquary containing a polished pink stone exhibited at the Shimane Prefectural Musuem Arakawa Kisai exhibition in 1974 enclosed in a custom-made wooden box and retaining the loan papers from the museum as well as the original pamphlet. The wood body has been carved in tempestuous waves, lacquered black and gilded, with a polished pink orb inside a flame shaped finial. It is 7 inches (18 cm) tall and in excellent condition...
Of flat oval shape. Taotie masks with moveable rings on the sides. The lid now stuck to the vessel. H. 30 cm. W. 28,5 cm. Strong in concept & design this awesome bracelet was created & signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). 1 1/8" tall with an interior wearable length of 7" this piece weighs a hefty 126 grams. The six large, hand carved obsidian stones catch the light beautifully, emitting a deep, subtle glow from within as the wrist moves. Both the stones & silver are in pristine condition. The slide in clasp & safety chain are tight & secure.
