Elegant, rare sterling silver, moonstone and onyx necklace designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. Measuring 16 inches long and 3/4 inch wide this intricate, fluid design features 14 bezel set cabachon moonstones & 14 cab onyx stones interspersed with floating rectangular silver bars. Hallmarked on clasp with the ANTONIO crown and eagle #17. Stones and silver are all in perfect condition.

Korean Silla period, 6th century A.D., glazed Pottery Pedestal bowl with pierced decoration on the pedestal traces of celadon color glaze on the interior measuring approx. 6 inches tall ,or 16cm. A beautiful example in excellent condition it would be a fine addition to any collection.

This traditional Han child's silk hat is wonderfully embroidered with floral scenes around the brim, butterflies and birds around the sections of the crown, while tassels accentuate the upturned morterboard. The long draped wind protector section at the back shows fade line...otherwise the hat is in excellant condition.

Most probably a part of a belt. Made in the forbidden stitch. L. 70 cm W. 10 cm. Expected age wear. Late Ming, ca. 16th/17th century.

Antique Chinese Miao Ethnic Minority wrap belt used home spun yarn, hand dyed and woven. It is over 100 years old. Rare piece. Approx 152 inches long not including fringe and 3 inches. It is in good condition, has obviously been worn (used) and is a bit dirty in some areas. This is a rare piece and looks really good draped back and forth in a clump.

A fine Ban Chiang pottery bowl in very good condition no restorations original polychrome decorations. Measuring approx. 5 inches tall a museum quality piece.

A fine antique Gilt bronze Buddha Thailand 19th century. Fine casting of the Buddha seated in Mara Vijaya (calling the earth to witness) Gilt bronze over lacquer most all original gilding remains in good condition. Top of the head is a stupa-shaped "flame" or called usnisa, symbol of the realization of Nirvana or indicative of supreme knowledge. Measuring approx. 15 inches tall A fine example.

A sterling silver Celtic eternity knot design band ring. This size 10-1/2 ring measures 7/16" wide and it weighs 8.6 grams. It is signed CA and 925 and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, or repairs. Please note that due to its ornate and deep decoration, sizing this ring may be visible or mar the design...

The filigree earrings from Mazahua, Mexico are absolutely wonderful on and these are no exception. They work perfectly with the Mexican coin necklace also featured on my site. They are solid sterling with the 20 centavo coin being 70% solid silver content. The coins are dated 1934 and 1942. They are 2.75in. long and are 1in. wide at the widest point. They weigh 14 grams of wow factor!

This Margot de Taxco design #5240 is 16in. long and weighs a heavy 90 grams. The link is 14/16th's wide with the offset of the design. The repousse ball is capped and an element of wings sweep each link of repousse. There are reflections in the pictures but no dents or damage. It is in just about perfect condition and is an excellent example of this Margot design with many that bare smashed caps and dented balls. One of Margot's best,just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This is a huge and stunning solid silver vintage Mexican coin necklace with detachable lavaliere drop. The coins are all genuine,from the 1800's and are solid 900 silver. All have been tested for content and verified by a numismatic appraiser. The coins have 2 silver dollar size 50 centavos and 18, 25 centavos (quarter size)in the main piece of the necklace...

Description:

A pair of Jianyang hare-furs tea bowls was well mold in fine shape.
In evert mouth rim, the bowls were stand by circular foot rings.
Characteristic of smoothened surface was found at the foot ring where the body clay was revealed. It was caused due to age.
Incursions were also found on the mouth rim.
They were in lovely sizes- very hard to find on the market, but ideally for tea ceremony.

Presented here is a Murano Gaucho Musician figure from the 1950's in green SFUMATO and crystal glass, with heavy gold foil inclusions. The GUITARIST is perfect with no chips, cracks or repairs. I have reduced the priced on the figure. The figure is unsigned but has been attributed to Barovier & Toso. The figure stands 11.25 inches (28.5 cm) Tall. Circa 1950.
