Modern limited-edition Japanese etching by Takahiko Hayashi (b. 1961) titled “The Wind Filled with Roots, Countless Small Beginnings” dated 2001. Pencil-signed, titled in kanji, and numbered 45/50 in the bottom margin. Paper: 25” x 23” (frame: 26” x 23 1/2"). Very good overall condition. A fine 18th century Chinese molded celadon-glazed porcelain dish, finely decorated around the center with stylized archaistic dragons encircling a central roundel of a lotus flower, a band of key-fret pattern around the foliated rim, covered overall in green glazed.

This pouring vessel is in the form polychrome (Wucai) Kendi. It dates from the Wanli period. Measure : H=16 cm, W = 11 cm. It is in execellent condition, no chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration but with loss the enamel.
This is an old pre-1948 repousse necklace with great depth and dimension. The drop makes it's presence known but is still a size that can go to the board room with ease. The drop is 3in. across and 1.5in. tall. It is puffy repousse but still weighs in at a hefty 61 grams. The earrings and links are 1.25 in. long. The bead work is all hand applied which was labor intensive. No dents and no repairs or damage...

A small statue of a dancer in traditional costume, finely cast and cold-worked in bronze and fixed on the original wooden stand. Such small bronze figurines were souvenirs and gifts from British Burma of the 1920s/30s. Condition: fine, only wood stand with some chips and traces of usage. Piedra y Plata was the name of Felipe Martinez's taller. He was known for his incredible stone work.
