Once owned by Andy Warhol this vintage 1950's sterling silver & chrysacolla bracelet was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist Felipe Martinez for Piedra Y Plata. The six panels of the design measure 1 inch wide X 6 1/2 wearable inches long. It weighs 89 grams and is in beautiful condition with minor surface wear. Fully hallmarked. The Matl Taller signed properly Turkeys is one of those outstanding designs by Matilde Poulat. A tulip in it's center is truly gorgeous. There is approximately 19 in. of wearable length that lays perfectly all the way around the neck. The center is 2 1/8th inches tall. I would classify the size as being a firm mid size necklace with an impressive presence. The weight is 82 grams of quality workmanship. No damage or welds, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Felipe Martinez was known for his stone work and perfection to the silver. He opened his own taller with the name Piedra Y Plata and the hallmarks here reflect the same. The carefully selected obsidian stones are from one source rock making them all glow the same rich gold sheen color and capable of glowing in the same direction when mounted just as these stones do...

A really great long, striking and unusual pair of sterling earrings by Mexican silversmith Sigi Pineda. These are screw back earrings but could easily be converted to posts for pierced ears. They hang 3 1/8" long and look smashing on. The center design pops sitting in a background of oxidation. They weigh 18 grams total and are in fine original condition. A terrific dramatic look.

VERY RARE Hector Aguilar Aztec Metal Symbols Cuff bracelet c. 1940-55 in 940 silver. It is featured on page 29 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Morrill and Berk. Each panel has a different Aztec metal symbol. The bracelet is hinged on one side and has a pin closure. It measures 6 1/2" around in the inside and is 1 1/4" wide. It weighs 115 grams and is in beautiful original condition. Signed as shown. VERY hard to come by and an amazing masterpiece.

Very well designed and executed Persian silver box, the lid is decorated with delicate repousse design depicting two young couple in traditional Safavid dress drinking wine and on the side exquisite foliage decoration. The box bears silver and maker's mark and has a length of 3.5 inches with the height of 1.5 inches. This item is in perfect condition and crafted by master silversmith.

From a private collection, a fabulous sterling and tortoise belt buckle by William Stratling. It measures 3" by 1 3/4" and weighs 43 grams. It is in beautiful original condition. A belt buckle with this same silver and tortoise combination is featured on page 56 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. Appropriately signed with the last Spratling mark and the eagle 30. An important and exquisite piece for the Spratling collector.

Mid-century sterling and pearl bracelet by Antonio Pineda. The center pearls are a surprise traditional additional to the modernist link design. What an interesting contrast in this not often seen Antonio bracelet. It measures 6 3/4" around in the inside and is just a hair over 1/2" wide.
