The artisan is Takahashi Teruyuki, who was born on January 13th, Showa 15 (1930.) It is not dated, but was most likely made during the 1970's or 1980's. This heavy (4.5 ounce) solid brass weight measures 2 inches (5 cm) Long, 1 inch (2.5 cm) Wide and 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) Tall.
