This pin offers a bold design with an oxidized, textured surface and recessed center. The rounded edge is decorated with applied half-beads. There is a silver mark for Poland on the pin stem, but the mark is partial so doesn’t indicate city of assay or silver content. The piece is from the 1960s-1970s, is sturdy and exhibits a lustrous surface; the catch is formed from a wide band into an updated C-clasp. It measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ½ inches wide. This adorable set of puzzle blocks, circa 1930-40's, has all of its original paper pictures. Purchased in France, the paper box measures 9-3/4" x 6". The blocks measure a little more than 1-3/4" square. This pair of Japanese handmade long square cut nails are 5" long and appear to have never been used. The nail heads are solid and shaped into a hemisphere. The silver colored decorative metal escutcheons have scalloped edges and markings to represent a flower. The escutcheons are just under 1" in diameter and have a squared center hole which exactly fits the nail shank.
From Ibaden, Nigeria this traditional Yoruba cloth was woven by the men of the village. It was worn tied around the waist of the woman, and used as a baby carrier. This piece was brought back from Africa in 1961. Hand loomed of cotton fibers, it has a wonderful soft color and texture. It measures 10" wide and 68" long including fringe.

Ht. 6 1/4 ins. (15.8 cms) This unusual object may be the cover to a jar or some sort of finial, we have never seen anything like it before or, indeed, found any book illustrations of similar. Chinese Warring States Bronze Axe Head
This bronze axe head dates approximately to the Warring States period (475 - 221 BC). Inside are remains of its wooden shaft. Length 16 cm (6.25 inches). Unfortunately it has been broken in two and re-stuck.
