This nicely fired Bizen guinomi (sake cup) was made by Katsura Kyono, a young, talented potter working in Bizen. The guinomi has nice areas of gray Sangiri firing on its surface. It is 2" high and 2 3/4" in diameter. The artist name and seal are on the top of the original wood box; his name is on the bottom of the sake bottle. It is in excellent condition.
