She has signs of wear but for her age she has been well taken care of and probably has packed away for years. I call this pristine doll, a Sunday doll. More often than not, Sunday dolls were china and bisque and were kept on a shelf or under a dome and played with on Sundays either at church gatherings or to keep a child busy while older folks talked.
