An original Retro period, amethyst and diamond ring is set in 14Kt yellow gold. The 18 X 10 millimeter oval cabochon amethyst is prong set and is further enhanced by 3 single-cut diamonds set on top of the solid shank that spits into three on one side of the ring. The shank of the ring is 5 millimeter on the solid side, 3 millimeter on the bottom and 9 millimeter on the split side. The ring is a size 6 ¼ and can be sized.

This is one of our very favorite rings. It would make a lovely engagement ring for a woman who wants something a bit different, and the red & green stones make it great for Christmas, St. Patrick’s, or really any time at all! The central diamond is approximately 20 points (1/5 of a carat, but looks bigger), and is set in platinum. The rest of the setting is made of unmarked but tested 14k gold of a lovely rich yellow. There are 4 tiny rubies and 3 tiny green demantoid garnets...

This classic bracelet by the famous Taxco silver artist William Spratling is an early design crafted in a beautiful combination of Sterling Silver and Copper. It measures 7 1/2" long by 1" wide and it weighs a heavy 74.2 grams. Hallmarked Spratling Silver, Made in Mexico a mark used in 1942. It has a fold over clasp and is in good condition with a few minor dings mostly along the bracelet edge. It has not been polished and retains a lovely rich patina...

Circa pre-1948, this large sterling silver brooch was produced by Doris Silver / Corpus Artisans. It's a highly detailed exquisitely crafted pin with a floral design. Measures 3" tall, 2 1/2" wide. Weight is 24.7 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Doris Silver Corpus Artisans Mexico". In excellent vintage condition. Pin closes with a roller.

This mid-century Antonio Pineda necklace is a book-piece design, shown with amethysts on p.119 of Silver Seduction. With a wearable length of 16", this is a sleek modernist piece which lays beautifully on the neck. Looks and feels luxurious, with a weight of 152 grams. Signed and hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco crown, eagle assay 2, Mexico 925 AMC. In excellent vintage condition. Width in front is 1 1/2".

This is one of our favorite pins! The colors are so pretty, and the leafy design is so very Arts & Crafts-y! It has a leaf and berry motif, highlighted by a central cushion-cut cabochon blue chalcedony (thought to bring good luck), with a round green aventurine cabochon on either side. Measuring 1-1/4” x 3/8", it is unmarked but tests as silver. It is in excellent condition, although the pin is a little bent (pretty typical for these old pieces)...

This exceptional bracelet by Antonio Pineda has a unique design and was created during a brief period when he was in a collaboration with the taller Los Castillo to jointly produce jewelry (1962-1963). It is beautifully constructed with sculpted round links set with deep blue stones at the circles edge. It measures 6 7/8" long by 7/8" wide and weighs 44.5 grams...

This fabulous Edwardian/Art Nouveau necklace would be perfect for a bride … or anyone, really, at any time! The “wow” factor is huge! It measures 1-1/4” at the widest point, and from the top-most diamond to the bottom of the dropper it is 2-1/4”. The dropper is a dogtooth or river pearl, 11/16” long, which has a collar of gold around it, set with 3 Old European cut diamonds, and swirls of gold holding 4 more little pearls. The main section features 3 more tiny Old European cut diamon...

A wonderful early Victorian portrait locket worked in gilt silver and set with hundreds of Bohemian garnets, including a 10.2-carat rose cut oval at the center. The garnets are set with space between them to lighten the overall effect and better show the bright red coloring of the stones. The locket is suspended from a garnet-encrusted clover shaped bail. The back cover is entirely glass The gilding is intact.

A lovely 14K gold Edwardian long chain set at regular intervals with round brilliant cut amethysts in collet settings. The necklace is completed with a dog clip clasp. A pretty Victorian 14K gold locket, the cover featuring a lion rampant with a shield. The edges of the locket are worked in an ornate rococo design that is mirrored on the large suspension ring. A classic Art Nouveau brooch / pendant decorated with lush pale blue, medium blue, cream, and yellow matte enamels. The flower is centered with a round diamond. The pin is unmarked but is certainly by one of the Newark jewelers. The back retains the original pinstem and clasp. A bail could easily be added for wear as a pendant. Tested and guaranteed 14K.
