This is the "Bar Braid Pin" by Hector Aguilar featured on page 150 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny C. Morrill. She dates it circa 1940 and it is in 940 silver. Measuring 2 7/8" by 1/2", it weighs 13 grams and is in fine original condition. Signed as shown. One of his very famous designs.

Formed as cut-out discs with engine-turned decoration. Each button measures ½ inch diameter. Bridge bars and all links are secure. The backs are marked 10K, with what appears to be an impressed heart-shaped mark. They date around 1930. Weight: 3.1 grams total

A vintage late Victorian (unmarked but tested) 9k yellow gold 1-1/4 x 7/8" hair locket c1880s. This pendant features a rose gold bale and wirework surrounding the S monogram. It has a compartment on the back for containing hair, and it weighs 3.2 grams. These great earrings are made by NAPEIR, during the 1950's-1960's. They were designed during NAPIER's sterling silver line that incorporated floral motifs and geometric shapes. They also introduced their modern design pieces with popular, mid-century Mexican and Scandinavian designs. They are clip backs and measure 7/8" x 1/4". They are marked NAPIER STERLING PAT. PEND. and PAT. NO: 154859 for 1950's. They are in excellent condition.

Here is a pair of late 19th-century two-sided cuff links, by a preeminent American maker, decorated with scrolling and undecorated reserves on the oval buttons. All links and connectors are secure; the bridge bars are marked sterling and bear the mark of Larter and Sons, Newark, NJ. The oblong sides measure ¾ inch long and the oval sides measure ½ inch long by 3/8 inch wide. Weight: 5.2 grams total.

This decorative bracelet and/or pendant measures 7" long. It has a very decorative purse that "snaps" opens. The purse measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/2" X 1/2". Each side is adorned with a green cabochon. This bracelet and charm is in excellent condition.

These teardrop-shaped earrings feature purple, grey, violet and black feathers enclosed between pieces of resin or a clear composite. A cut-out zigzag design reveals the feathers through the sterling silver frame. The earrings show some tarnish; they have not been aggressively cleaned to avoid damaging the inserts. The screwbacks are in good working order; one exhibits the eagle 3 mark for Mexican sterling, the other, an unidentified geometrical maker’s mark...

This beautiful ring is a size 7. The rose quartz is and setting are beautiful. The bezel-set, stone, cabochon measures 5/8" x 3/8". The inside of the band is marked what looks like 930. It tests sterling silver. It is in excellent condition.

This Reja brooch is sterling with no vermeil and with rhinestones. Reja sterling pieces with large stones in the center can be dated to 1945-1946. The stones were produced by the Oval Company. This tree frog is 2.5" x 1 3/8". It is in excellent vintage condition except it needs polishing.
