From Spratling's first design period, hallmarks date this pin 1040-1944. This eagle serpent pin has superb repoussé silver work. Oxidized recesses and a highly detailed design really make this a standout piece. Measures 2 5/16" x 1 7/8". Weight is 26 grams. Signed and hallmarked with the WS Print Circle and Spratling Silver. Pin closes with a roller.

A fine Victorian 14K yellow gold watch fob pendant featuring a 23.5-carat oval brilliant cut amethyst nested in the coiled tail and wings of a ferocious dragon. The tail and wings are very nicely detailed with scales and feathers. The dragon's neck forms the bail from which the pendant would hang. The amethyst has very nice even coloring, eye-clean clarity and good cut. Jewels featuring mythological creatures became popular in Paris around 1870 and the craze then spread to England and America...

A classic pair of very high quality 14K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks by Carrington. Each pair has one face centered with a round cut sapphire and another face with a old European cut diamond, both surrounded by a lightly engraved border. The quality of the stones is very good. The diamonds are graded at H color, VVS2 clarity and the sapphire are vivid violet-blue with eye clean clarity. The back of each face is marked with Carrrington's hallmark.

Origin: America, ca. 1920...

This Czechoslovakia wooden beads bouquet is 2 7/" long by 1 5/8" wide by 1" deep. It is a wonderful pin.

A vintage hand wrought studio sterling silver necklace with a stone drop. Features curved links graduating in size culminating in a greenish brown mottled stone pendant. Measures approximately 19" long. Pendant measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/4" across. Interesting way that the silver wraps around the stone to hold it in place. Clever hook closure that holds securely. The stone has a hairline mark which actually shows more in the photo than in person. The stone is stable and does not move...

Circa 1960s "op-art" sterling silver ring with a playful cubist shape. The flattened band holds a cube, the sides of which have cutout circles, the top being a square. The interior of the cube reveals a red/white/blue sphere. Unusual and impossible to ignore. Unmarked. Size 8.5. The cube on top measures 3/8" in diameter from all sides. Excellent vintage condition. Weighs 8.5 grams.

A vintage brushed silver and clear crystal costume bracelet and earrings set. Length: 7.5 inches.

This lovely pair of art deco cuff links has a formal look, the result of a black mother-of-pearl background. Each eight-sided button is framed by an embossed white metal rim; the centers are set with tiny faux seed pearls. The backs and bridges are gilded, and bear the block-letter mark for Krementz, of Newark, NJ. Each button measures 1/2 inch wide.

A vintage modernist heavy sterling silver cuff bracelet by Antonio Pineda, Taxco embellished with four pearls. Thick sterling curved bars attached with spheres and four small saucers with a pearl in each one. Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/4" and 15/16" wide. Marked with the Antonio crown, Silver, 970, Sterling Mexico and an Early Eagle 17 mark. The saucers on the edges have some minor flattening. Sterling has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Wonderful and rare.

A possible Rousselet, this fabulous necklace of glass based baroque faux pearls is marked FRANCE on the screw barrel clasp. Circa 1950 or 1960. The earrings came from the same estate and the pearls are a match. The earring clips are marked STERLING and also marked with design patent number 967955. Wearable length is 14 3/4 inches. The center drops 1 1/8 inches. The earrings are 5/8 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Excellent condition...

A Czech amber molded glass cubes and clear beads necklace from the 1910-20 era. This 20-5/8" long vintage beauty features graduated molded amber coloured glass cubic or square beads with impressed star decoration, interspersed with clear glass beads. The cubes range from 1/4 to 5/8" across, this necklace has a spring ring clasp and it is stamped CZECHOSLOV on the end brass loop or ring...

A classic, and much published, design for Hector Aguilar, the “masks” bracelet was not an example of the Taxco maestro’s work that I was particularly looking for. I considered it - let’s say - less impressive than the rest of his jewelry and resisted it for the longest of times. Until one day, I somehow ended up with one. And I fell in love- honestly...

Based on Hector Aguilar's often referred to as the "fertility" parure, this anonymous Mexican Deco sterling silver band ring is a rare find. I love the combination of the two cross motif variations, the deep hand-chased details and the sense of depth enhanced with oxidation...

This is one of our very favorite rings. It would make a lovely engagement ring for a woman who wants something a bit different, and the green & red stones make it great for St. Patrick’s, Christmas, or really any time at all! The central diamond is approximately 20 points (1/5 of a carat, but looks bigger), and is set in platinum. The rest of the setting is made of unmarked but tested 14k gold of a lovely rich yellow. There are 4 tiny rubies and 3 tiny green demantoid garnets...

A pair of ceramic clip earrings by Brondsted /Bröndsted, Denmark, c 1960, a yellow nebulous shape surrounded by black and light grey. Impressed marks Bröndsted Danmark. Height "1/ 2.5 cm. Condition: a minuscule glaze flake to one corner.

A very simple yet elegant design is this early 20th century 14Kt yellow gold and white enameled bar pin. The artist used the gold background with white enamel to create a classic Greek key design. The length of the pin is 49 millimeters, ant the width is 5 millimeter.
