Designed by Karin Pedersen for JemAx of Denmark, this sterling silver vermeil and white enamel brooch is such a great example of Scandinavian minimalist / modernist design from the 1960s and 1970s. I love the pearlescence of the white here and the way its translucence brings out the guilloche motifs in the silver underneath. White is a gorgeous color in Scandinavian enamelwork and it pairs perfectly with darker, more subdued hue time and loving use has bestowed to the vermeil finish...

This interesting handmade pin is composed of thin interwoven silver rods that evoke an unfinished piece of textile. It is sturdy and the secure pin stem and clasp are applied so as to wear the piece on a diagonal. On the back is an applied plaque bearing the mark for Mexico and 925 for sterling, and an unidentified serpentine mark that looks to have been struck twice. The piece is possibly from the 1960s or early 1970s. It measures 2 inches by 2 inches square. Weight: 21.2 grams

This handmade runway neck piece has a center of long, narrow red marquis rhinestones, flat back, rose color, faceted rectangular stones & hand carved rose color drops. These stones are surrounded by many fuchsia & clear rhinestone accents. Everything is attached by hand to a deep rose silk satin panel that ties in a bow in the back. Spectacular! A vintage modernist 830 silver pendant by the noted silversmith from Norway, A. K. Pettersen whose work is signed with a stylized AKP.

Made of 830 silver, which was widely used as a silver standard in Scandinavian countries, this pendant measures 1 1/2" across and 3 3/4" long including the fringe. Has what appears to be the original 23" chain. The pendant has four dangles for lots of movement.

These great cuff links display a Modernist and American Studio design: textures, craters and "dimples." The face measures 7/8" x 3/4". They are circa 1950's - 1960's. They have hinged, bullet toggles and are in excellent condition.

This pin has heft and presence, with a compelling design by Uni David-Andersen for the David-Andersen workshop. It resembles lattice work in its construction, but the irregular lengths of the ribs give it a primitive feel. The pin has a secure roll-over clasp and measures 2 inches long by 5/8 inches wide. A modernist sterling silver ring #A77 A by Georg Jensen, designed by Ole IshØj. Measures about 6.5. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925 S Denmark and style #A77 A. Also has London import marks, GJLd and the mark for London. The date mark is so small we couldn't make it out. In very nice condition with minor nicks and scratches. Can be worn facing up or down. Great modernist design.

A heavy Mexican sterling silver necklace. This vintage 14-1/4" long Mexican .925 silver choker necklace is from the 1970s. This necklace consists of triple segmented trapezoidal 5/8" wide sections with wire loop links. It has a box clasp and it is stamped STERLING HECHO EN MEXICO DF 925 with an H maker's mark. It weighs an impressive 80.1 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This ring has a beautiful design and is a size 9. It is large, measuring 1 1/4" (from top to bottom). The band measures 1/4", wrapping around to display its swirly, modernist design. It reminds me of a miniature, wraparound bracelet, as the top and bottom "swirls" are not fused together. It is marked MEXICO and 925. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.
