Spectacular fish earrings by Carmen Beckmann are 2 1/8th inches tall and are solid gold. Properly hallmarked 14kt and also Beckmann. Such tiny eyes of green stone that sparkle. No damage displaying a treasured past. The scales are remarkable and life like with movement. The etching and repousse had to be a work of love to work such a tiny space. Geometry at its most stunning is what we get in this early Mexican Deco silver bracelet that combines sterling and carved thick black onyx panels. It clasps in the front giving center-stage to the three continuous onyx links and forms a dramatic "v" that catches the eye and screams Art Deco with significant Machine Age undertones. One of the most stunning anonynous early beauties from Mexico I have ever encountered, the bracelet measures approx...

The chain has no second loop and it was probably soldered to the other loop as a retaining chain to the underside (where there is some solder) but it is now loose...

An 18K yellow gold medallion pendant or charm depicting Emperor Napoleon I. The design pictures Bonaparte as a young man, but the source appears to be Nicolas-Toussaint Charlet's portrait created in 1821, the year of the former Emperor's death. This image is largely credited with creating the myth of Napoleon that lasted throughout the 19th century. The medallion has superb, sharp detail shown in high relief...
