An unsigned yellow gold brass choker that measures 17-1/2" ( including extender). One may want to replace the spring clasp with a hook.
A modernist bracelet, 'Zelda' by Bjorn Weckstrom for Lapponia in sterling silver. This is part of his Space Series.
Marked with the Lapponia Hallmark, 925, Finnish silver standard mark, date code for 1977, and scales mark. Also marked with three tiny import marks on the edge.
Measures 7" long and 1" across. Has a ball and socket toggle closure that holds securely. Light texture for an interesting effect. Surface shows some minor scratches and a little wear...
This modernist design by William Spratling dates to the 1950's. Weighing 90 grams the necklace is 20 inches long. The opposing "tongues" measure 2 1/2" across X 2". Screw back earrings 1 1/8" x 1".
The gold wash is very light especially on the earrings. All in beautiful condition. Hallmarked on clasp and the back of one pendant. Earrings each marked with eagle 30. Spratling called this design "lenguas" or tongues of fire...
This Egyptian Revival watch pin is 14k gold set with an oval opal. It dates from ~1880. The original catch has been replaced with a more modern safety catch. The pin is 1 1/2" wide by 5/8" high.
A beautiful and striking gold bangle bracelet having a black enamel ground. The raised central dome has 8 emeralds surrounding a higher area topped with a gold 8 leaved flower with a diamond.
Marked 14K gold, and with fine workmanship, the bracelet is in excellent condition. The inside of the bangle measures 2 1/2" by 1 5/8".
One of the rarest, in my experience, bracelets by Margot de Taxco out of her, influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, hand-hammered and oxidized line of jewelry, the Quetzalcoatl mirrored on this clamper's opposing wings is fierce and awe-inspiring. Monumental in its presence, the bracelet is an ode to Mexico's rich cultural history and definitely not a piece for the ... faint-of-heart. I am thrilled I was lucky enough to find it and am more than proud to be presenting it here...
Definitely bought as a set yet signed by two different makers the figural brooch and matching earrings at hand combine silver with copper , overlay and cut-outs, oxidation and wirework ornamentation. Modernist in its rendition of an ancient warrior or priest, the design, if I am not mistaken, can be found with the Los Castillo or Victoria's signature on it as well yet here it is made by listed but "less celebrated" maestros...
A bit of history! This charming 14 k gold pin sports an enameled flag, initials, thee number five, and the date 1860. The pin is 1 X 1/1/2" in size and is an homage to the Daughters of Liberty, which was formed ~1766, shortly after formation of The Sons of Liberty. This group of brave women boycotted British products and made use of traditional women's skills such as weaving and spinning, to support the cause of liberty.

A Victorian 14k rose gold seed pearls flower or starburst bar brooch pin from around 1900. This stylish late Victorian 1-1/4 x 1/2" pin features natural seed pearls in a pinwheel style setting. It is stamped 14K, it weighs 1.6 grams and it closes like a safety pin. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...
This simple yet elegant gold washed lavalier evokes both the Nouveau and the Deco eras with its design. It measures 1-3/8” without the bale, and 1/2” at the widest point. It features 3 dark purple stones, which might be glass – we couldn’t identify them with certainty. The top stone’s facets are somewhat abraded, and there is wear to the metal. Circa 1920. The photos are part of the description, so please examine them with care...
This is an extremely rare Antonio Pineda 970 silver necklace with 11 amethyst drop dangles. The necklace has the "Silver By Tono" hallmark which dates it 1948-1953. A necklace with a very similar design is featured on page 103 of the catalogue from the Antonio exhibit titled "SILVER SEDUCTION". The necklace measures 15 5/8" end to end, is 2 1/8" wide at the longest point of the necklace and weighs 119 grams. The necklace clasps with a hook link at the back. It is in fine original condition...
Black enamel on gold with central hair plait. Lettered on the front with "Memori" and initials. The reverse is engraved "Sarah Jackson Obt 20th Dec 1828 Aged 32 Also of Margaret Jackson Obt 8th Feb 1841 Aged 32".
Excellent condition, with a length of 1 11/16" and a width of 1 1/2".
This pretty lady stick pin is most likely brass with a gold wash, which is worn. Her hair ends in a row of sparkly stones; I’m not sure what they are, but quite likely they are marcasites (one glued in crookedly). Head and stones measure 5/8” x 3/8”, total length is 2-9/16”. Circa 1920s.
Very nice size, measuring 2 5/8 wide and 2 1/8" high, good weight.
Stamped 980 on back, with Made in Mexico, no maker's mark.
Likely Taxco work, and the 980 silver standard was used in earlier works, prior to 1950.
The face mask depicts a warrior with headdress, ear spools, and facial adornment, a pre-columbian image often found in Mexican art and jewelry.
Has visible tarnish, especially in recessed areas, and shows wear and abrasions to silver surface...
