Round two-sided cuff links ringed with inlaid cobalt blue enamel in a scalloped decoration and a central engraved grid pattern. They are well made with a nice heft; connecting rings and bridge bars are secure. Some of the grid pattern has worn off, as shown in the photos. Each button measures 5/8 inch in diameter. There appear to be worn marks on the connecting rings; the bridge bars are marked 800 to indicate silver content. Weight: 8.9 grams total

A classic design of engine-turned engraved vertical lines and molded edges on the larger, rectangular buttons, the smaller sides ovular with a textured surface. The cuff links are lightweight but well made, and appear to have been hardly worn. The connections and bridge bars are very secure; both bars are marked 835 for silver content with double-struck crabs, apparently to indicate Paris (silver mark used 1838-1962). A raised scene of windmills and a seaport decorate this ornate sterling silver money clip. The scene is framed by scrollwork, and the entire design is enhanced by sharp detail. A sterling silver bowling award trophy pendant watch fob dated 1936-1937. This 1" x 5/8" 5 pin bowling award fob was awarded to R. HANNA; it is stamped STERLING, it weighs 4.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. We haven't polished this fob as it has a satin finish and is was easier to photograph it unpolished...

Each longitudinal button is embossed with a Nordic sailing scene; there is engine-turned engraving lengthwise on the smaller buttons. The hinged bridge bars indicate the maker as Elvik & Co., of Oslo, and silver content of 830; the cuff links date c. 1960. The larger buttons measure just over 1 inch long by just under ½ inch wide. Weight: 8.5 grams total

Outstanding late Art Nouveau Continental silver cufflinks with a wonderful design of a gold spider sitting in her niello web. The workmanship and design is quite original and accomplished. The backs are marked with unidentified Continental (possibly German) marks, including the jeweler’s mark “HF”.

This pair of early 20th-century cuff links exhibits a nice arts and crafts look, with sharp, detailed molding of a Greek key pattern around the edges. Patina is warm and the surface shows hardly any signs of wear. The back bridge bars are very secure and marked sterling; there is no maker’s mark, but they are probably American. Each oval measures roughly ¾ inch long by ½ inch wide. Weight: 6.6 grams

This is a chunky vintage Native American Indian sterling silver rectangular money clip having an abstract bird design oxidized and centered. We think this item was made for a lefty. Unidentified maker's mark on back, stylized snail, heavy, mid 20th century. Measurements: 7/8" x 3/4". Condition is very good with minor surface scratches.

A pair of vintage sterling silver cufflinks by Hermes. The double baton faces are engraved in a tree bark motif and are connected by chains. Each cufflink is signed “Hermes†and bears appropriate French silver marks. They are also stamped with the silversmith’s hallmark. This is an early design that hasn't been in production in 80 years or more.

A superb pair of modernist sterling silver cufflinks by Danish master Niels Erik From. The large domed faces center beautiful amber cabochons with strong deep reddish overtones. The amber is surrounded by a border of black patinated silver that contrasts beautifully with the natural silver and the amber. The backs are fully hallmarked for N. E. From with the marks used after 1966.

Decorated with classic engine-turned engraving, with a blank reserve for initials. This money clip shows few signs of wear and appears to have a lacquered surface to preserve the finish. It bears the mark of B. A. Ballou & Co., of Rhode Island. It measures 1 ¾ inches by ¾ inch. Weight: 11.3 grams

Lucky numbers? This is a whimsical pair of sterling silver rectangular shaped cuff links having raised numbers 309 over an oxidized background, marked STG on brushed back. Measurements: 9/16 in. wide x 5/16 in. high. Condition is very good, minor wear to base.

Elaborate wirework is the defining feature of these distinctive cuff links, which are unmarked but test as silver. They are gilded, including the wirework, and are enhanced with maroon enamel. The buttons are attached to silver gilt bars by chains. They come in a small box with the name of a jeweler in Lisbon, Portugal. The buttons measure a little over 5/8 inch in diameter.

Gold and sterling menuki cufflinks, Japan. They show a detailed person in boat with interesting cargo and waves under the boat. Signed "MADE IN JAPAN STERLING 925" they are in excellent condition. Silver gilt cufflinks encrusted with 2.2 carats of rose-cut pyrope garnets. The garnets have beautiful color, without being too flashy. The settings and overall workmanship is very nice. The toggle backs have Czech hallmarks for 900 silver.
