This lovely, sterling silver ring is set with a yellowish or mustard-colored, tear drop stone. It is a size 6 1/2. The back is marked with the Taxco Mexico "spread eagle" with the number "3" in the middle. There are also 3 other marks that are not quite clear; but, look like 925, the silversmith's initials and...? This ring is in excellent condition and would make a wonderful holiday gift. Many pieces of turkmen "jewelry" were sewn to clothing as amulets. This rare teke turkomen pendant was originally worn as a necklace and still has the original leather neckstrap. This piece has 5 flat carnelians and gold wash or "fireguilded" detail. The pendant is 6 inches across and 10 inches long.

This fine vintage ring is a size 5. It has n oval shape and consists of 14 sawtooth, bezel-set, turquoise cabs, surrounding an oval, turquoise stone: sawtooth, bezel-set, as well. This stunning large necklace has multi stands of red/orange and black beads. The outside strands are decorated with a few small bronze bell forms and separated with cast bronze separators. This necklace is from Cameroon Africa. The natural fiber cording ends are woven together and topped on one side with a shell and on the other side with a loop...together forming a clasp...very similar construction to necklaces out of Nepal
Two bands of embossed silver enclose this very interesting bracelet of what looks to be black coral. The silver bands feature deeply impressed and oxidized floral designs on the outer surface and are attached to the bangles by tiny pins. They are very secure and the bangle itself exhibits very few signs of wear. The bracelet is likely from the 1920s and has a roomy internal circumference of 8 1/2 inches.

This hollow silver anklet is from the Nuristani area of Afghanistan.
With the loose metal rattle rolling inside the hollow space, a soft noise was created as the wearer moves. This anklet has nice patina and has a few minor dents, which attest to the age and travels of the artifact.

Interesting pre Columbian design influence pin made of sterling silver with 18k gold and hand painted enamel work. This pin is signed, " 925 18K." It was made in Peru by Native craftsmen. There is some gold worn off in tiny spots but gives it age character otherwise it is in great shape. This pin measures 1 1/2" in diameter.
A lovely Chinese carved green jade pendant in the form of a melon with a crane, leaf and integral bail ring. The jade has good translucency, light mottling, and nicely saturated color.
The crane, appearing along the upper left side of the melon's front, frequently represents longevity; the coins prosperity; and the melon itself has a number of meanings including fertility and plenty.

Egyptian Paste glass head of ancient Pharaoh head, wearing a crown with the Uraeus cobra , the molded head is done in purplish cobalt blue and sea foam blue green with tiny flecks of copper in the glass , with mold seams showing at the sides.
