Great massive Hopi sterling stylized buffalo concho belt, signed "GIBB STERLING". Attributed to Montano Gibbson There are 10 conchos, each measuring 3" by 2" and are backed with 2 copper loops to accept the black leather belt. The buffalos are oxydized and indented. This stunning large necklace has multi stands of red/orange and black beads. The outside strands are decorated with a few small bronze bell forms and separated with cast bronze separators. This necklace is from Cameroon Africa. The natural fiber cording ends are woven together and topped on one side with a shell and on the other side with a loop...together forming a clasp...very similar construction to necklaces out of Nepal

Common to South Arabia and Yemen, the mesh "labbeh" or "Kirdam" were worn wrapped around the neck or attached to the sides of the headgear hanging down as a frame to women’s chin. This antique Chinese silver bracelet is hinged at the back and opens in the front. The silver work displays plant leaves and a bird. The bead work is both coral and turquoise. Bracelet is stamped "China" which according to trade laws makes it late Qing, about 1890. Its in very good condition

This necklace consists of 2 carved ivory beads 3/4ths inch diameter, 8 large carved bone beads 3/4th inch, and 88 smaller carved bone beads (1/2 inch). Each large bone and ivory bead has a protective metal sleeve around the stringing hole. If opened up the strand would measure approx 48 inches...beautiful patina on both the ivory and the bone beads....

A antique necklace from Yemen with 11 butterscotch resin beads accented by ornate silver beads.One or two beads show wear where someone tested them for amber.The width of the beads range from 7/8" to 1" and the necklace measures 22-7/8".
