Very large, rare, and heavy gauge sterling pin by the famous woman Mexican silversmith, Victoria (Ana Brilanti), c. 1945. The original geometric Mayan design measures 4" wide and 2 1/4" long and the applied silver provides the exciting foreground against an oxydized background. The condition of this handmade piece is very good and is signed "VICTORIA MEXICO TAXCO SILVER #322". Very strong and wonderful piece....$9 USA insured shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

Enrique Ledesma Mexican sterling inlaid pin. A stunning, ultramodern vintage 1950s Mexican sterling silver pin by Enrique Ledesma. This 2-1/8" x 1 1-1/2" modernist pin features what appears to be a rough mixture of azurmalachite inlaid in an undulating silver brooch. Unusual mid-century modernist organist or brutalist panel bracelet. Clearly handmade and unique, as each panel is different from the next. Wonderful motion and dimensionality, as there are pierces, raised areas and spikes rising from the bracelet. Unsigned, tests as sterling. Measures 7" in length and 5/8" wide.

These teardrop-shaped earrings feature purple, grey, violet and black feathers enclosed between pieces of resin or a clear composite. A cut-out zigzag design reveals the feathers through the sterling silver frame. The earrings show some tarnish; they have not been aggressively cleaned to avoid damaging the inserts. Very modern mid century pin earrings set stamped and signed STERLING REBAJES on the pin only as the moderne screwback earrings are just stamped Sterling on the turn wheels.
Rebajes' foreman was Otto R Bade and also made these in the same mid century modern style. This pair however, is made and marked by the former.
The pin is 2 5/8 X 1 1/2", the ears are 1". 1/2 Oz or 16 Grams...

Very good vintage condition with good original oxidation

Here is a bold, mid-century modernist money clip. It's composed of a flexible but sturdy forged-wire frame, with an applied mounted piece of rosewood in a trapezoidal shape. A silver half-bead is applied to a crossbar near the top. The wood has a polished surface and shows no damage or cracking. The clip is unmarked, but tests as sterling. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inch wide.
