This Los Castillo design 262 is an early one created when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Don Antonio Castillo. I believe these early pieces are the very best of her work. Stunning in size with an almost 2 inches of height and a weight of 84 grams of almost pure 980 silver. The condition reflects no damage and also well cared for over time. The diameter is 2.25 inches with the gap set at 1in. This can be professionally adjusted for most to fit. One of the best from the Spratling Era.

A Charming and rare pair of vintage Sterling Silver stylized Bird Earrings by the famous Taxco jewelry artist Hector Aguilar. They measure 1 1/3" wide by 3/4" tall and weigh 10.1 grams total. These brooches are Alfred Philippe designs of Nenette and Rintintin rag dolls. These are not hallmarked Trifari. They replicate Alfred Philippe's Trifari design pat 136,080 of Aug 3, 1943. They are more than 60 years old.

Dimensions: Nenette is 1 3/8" and is hallmarked "ling". Rintintin is 1 1/2" and is hallmarked "Ster".

This impressive 2 3/4" sterling silver cuff studded with 30 amethyst cabs was hallmarked c. 1940 by Manuel Altamirano, senior silversmith in Hector Aguilar's Taller Borda. This is a lovely 3-piece suite of earrings and a brooch, circa 1940's. The earrings and brooch have 3 layers of petals / leaves. The top of each one surrounds the turquoise stone. The earrings are screwback and measure 1/4" x 1/4" (x 1/2" high, from the lowest petal to the top of the stone). Each earring is marked SILVER MEXICO. The brooch displays 6 smaller stones with the same floral design with the top petals enveloping the stones. It measures 1 5/8" x 3/8" (x 1/4") and marked STERLING.

Amethyst sterling screwback earrings by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1947. They each have a cabochon amethyst which measures 3/4" in diameter. They are appropriately signed. Excellent, elegant circa 1940s necklace by William Spratling, arguably the most important name in Mexican Silver. Heavy for it's size, this solid liquid silver necklace is constructed of hollow silver bars over seven silver chains of variying lengths. This design is understated, and extremely rare. The shortest chain measures just under 15" in length. The necklace is authentic and bears Spratling's circa 1940s stamp. Excellent vintage condition.

I think romance is the tale of this storyteller necklace by Far Fan who is known for quality workmanship. The wearable length is approximately 17.5in.
