This is a very rare bracelet from Los Castillo, executed in 980 silver. One of their earliest pieces before they added design numbers with their hallmark. At the center is a huge gorgeous amethyst cabochon, bezel set and surrounded by tiny beading. Three strands of silver beads attach to each side, wrapping around the wrist to close with a tongue in box clasp topped with an amethyst cabochon. This is an extremely flattering bracelet. A bold Matl Matilde Poulat early bracelet which is 84 grams of expert craftmanship. A you can not miss size of 2.25 in. x 2 in. center piece. 7 3/8 th inches long. The stones are red coral, Turquoise, and citrine. The birds have excellent carving and there is no damage or repairs of any kind. Simply stunning and rare.

This sterling silver brooch is circa 1950. Stamped on the back BRKS (Birks) and STERLING. Open work oval silver brooch with a stylized floral form design of a tulip. Has a hinged straight pin with safety clasp on the back. Measures 1 7/8 inches by 1 5/16 inches.

An Arts and Crafts sterling silver pendant necklace by the Art Silver Shop of Chicago. Pendant has a large, cushion shaped carnelian cabochon. Pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" across. Marked on the back with Hand Made, conjoined TASS and Sterling. Chain is 20" long and looks to be original to the pendant. Has a spring closure marked Sterling. Fine condition, Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Beautifully made. Great example.

A vintage sterling silver modernist ring by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Interesting abstract molten design.

Measures about a size 8 but is adjustble. Top measures 5/8" wide and 1" long.

Marked with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, National Mark, 925 for sterling, town mark for Turku and Y7 for 1976.

This is a lovely vintage Mexican silver folkloric necklace. The chain is a paperclip style and is closed with a simple hook. The flowers are open back repousse with gemstone beads of turquoise, coral and amethyst wired and tied off in the back. The birds are solid silver with the drop being 2.25in. across and 3 in. tall. The silver is then further adorned by hand carving for depth and more dimension. Finally there are 3 dangles from the drop each with a river pearl...

Lovely vintage sterling silver brooch set with a cluster of eight Mikimoto-quality pearls. The pearls range from 6.0 to 7.5mm. They have very white body color with silvery overtones. The nacre is thick and very lustrous. Mikimoto supplied other jewelers with pearls and it is most likely that these are by Mikimoto. The openwork sterling silver setting in a stylized floral form is typical of the 1950s and the clasp is identical to those used by Mikimoto during the period...

It has been a long time since I have offered a mosaic Mexican silver necklace. It is difficult to find one as perfect as this one. No loss of mosaic which is rare and most importantly a design that rates above the rest in beauty and execution of color. This is a swirling, breathing, dragon with Lapis touched off as the dot in the swirls and dangle drops. The rest of the inlay is a rich deep teal turquoise. The weight is 78 grams heavy with a wearable length of 17in. The drop is 3in...

Hand chased with design from the Mayan glyphs this Casa Prieto bracelet is stunning on. The weight is 84 grams heavy and is 1.25in. tall. The silver is thick and adding a modernist machine age look is the intentional super thick rings that attach the links. Condition is without damage of any kind and collector quality..

This sterling silver charm is 3 dimensional. It has wonderful detail, depicting a Cocker Spaniel dog. It stands 1 1/8" tall and is 1/2" at its widest. It has a good heft and is in excellent condition.
