Some would say this is Antonio Pineda's most loved design. His work is masterful and with a 1.75in. tall presence it commands center stage. The diameter is 4.5in. and is at least a 16.5in. wearable length. My model has molded hair that takes up some length of the necklace in the back so it will be somewhat longer on you. The obsidian glows (but is hard to photograph). No damage and no flaws with a display of 223 grams of majestic silver and stone...

Usually, Aguilar made this bracelet with links about half the size of this imposing piece. In this unusual example, the concave links are 13/16" tall and the three balls are 1 1/4" tall. It is made of 940 silver and has a hallmark dating from 1940 - 1948. Closure is with a pin clasp. There are a few dings to the balls but the large links are in excellent condition.

Probably European, this 1960s necklace features guilloche enameled silver disks with textured and oxidized sides. A dynamic starburst design displays under the blue and green enamel overlay. Each enameled disk alternates with elements composed of silver beads and rings. The workmanship is high quality; the necklace has a nice heft, and speaks to a possible Italian origin. The spring-ring clasp is secure, but is likely replaced...

Composed of cast rectangular silver links connected by oblong rings, with a secure spring ring clasp. The necklace’s connectors are all soldered closed, and some of the silver casting shows a bit of porosity. The necklace has a nice weight and warm patina from age. It is conservatively dated. There is an obscured mark on the jump ring at one end. The necklace tests strongly for silver, and is probably European...

The vining floral from the vessel has great depth with 940 silver and dark natural patina from time. The weight is 66 grams heavy with a drop of 3.5in. tall and 4in. span across. This does not count the additional 2 vining links that are separate at the top so it is more expansive than just the pectoral drop. It lays like a dream with a wearable of a minimum of 17in. The hallmark of MS stylized and 940 is a noted maker in The Mexican Silver Book of Trade by Bille Hougart...
