1930's - early 1940's, this Fred Davis bracelet is a book-piece design shown in "Mexican Silver". A huge rectangular bezel-set amethyst cabochon is front and center, with six opposing angled silver panels on each side. Closes with a tight and secure tongue in box clasp. These interesting turquoise and sterling silver earrings were made in Mexico. The clover shape looks like three hearts with a stem, with the turquoise inlay separated by the sterling silver. The back of one of the screwbacks is marked HECHO EN MEXICO 925 (of which only HECHO EN M and 9 are legible). They also have the maker's initials: a curved BEH, of which the H is not fully stamped. These earrings measure 1" x 3/4". The patina is great as are the turquoise colors.

Being offered is a circa 1963 sterling silver necklace by Los Ballesteros of Taxco, Mexico, boasting a modern biomorphic design. Dimensions wearable 15 1/2”, 1 3/4" at its widest. Marked. In excellent condition. Necklace is solid silver, not hollow, and weighs a heavy 4 ozs. Los Ballesteros is one of the great Mexican silversmiths.

Featuring a clean impressed linear decoration enhanced with oxidation, this unmarked bangle looks to have been inspired by Mexican or Native American design of the U.S. Southwest. This beautiful band ring is inlaid with 2 bands of azur-malachite stone. The blue and green stone is colorful and stands out nicely in its 1/4" sterling silver band. It is marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 in a circle with with ESE in the middle. It also has the assay mark with 3 inside. The ring is a size 7 1/2 and is in excellent condition.

Taxco 980 signed pieces are always quality. This link is 118 grams heavy and is the closest thing to the Coco design of the Spratling original necklace which is so very, very rare. The Taxco 980 necklace is 20in. long and has a depth of 7/16th's giving it even more dimension. No dents or damage and kept lovingly through time. Measures 7" long, 1 1/2" wide and is quite heavy at 79.5 grams. With the early hallmark "Matl, 0.925, Hecho en Mexico, D.F. MATL" which dates the bracelet to the 1934-48 time period.
