Unusual and lovely signed early 1960's amethysts, silver, and enamel butterfly necklace. Beautiful golden brown, white, yellow,& turquoise blue enamel butterfly with 2 oval cabochon amethysts on a light blue enamel background. This is constructed on heavy gauge silver and the back is royal blue, golden brown and black enamel. Famous NYC modernist Bill Tendler(1924-1981) made this sterling pin, c.1950's. The pin is signed "TENDLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. It measures 1 7/8" at the widest point. Photographed on page 82 in MODERNIST JEWELRY 1930-1960 by Schon....Insured shipping is $11 in USA and NYS residents pay sales tax.

A vintage sterling silver and pearl hand wrought choker necklace and matching bracelet by the California Modernist, Esther Lewittes. May be purchased individually or as a set.

Necklace measures 14 1/2" long but hard to measure exactly due to the curvature of the links. Probably closer to 15". An extender could be added to the back if necessary. Signed Lewittes Sterling. Has a hook closure that holds securely.

The matching bracelet measures 7" long and has a secure spring clasp...
