A very delicate and colorful bracelet, featuring gilded silver filigreed panels enhanced with blue and green enamel. The enamel is in lovely condition, with only tiny areas of loss. The tongue-and-groove clasp is very secure and shows some wear due to use (the clasp is silverplated). There is also a gold-filled safety chain not original to the bracelet...

This exquisite Triplet Victorian double cameo shows high quality and Neo-Classical subject matter. Double cameos are rare to begin with. The soldier appears to be onyx. The white figure is part of the under layer of the soldier and both of these layers are on top of a carnelian. The mount is sterling. The size is 8 ¾.

I have had this antique Indian Raj bracelet in my collection of unlisted jewelry for quite a while and from time to time, I would take it out and marvel at the miniature paintings that form its links. Colorful, minutely detailed and kept under glass, I think they depict long past scenes of Hanuman Jayanti - the feast and parade to mark the birthday of Lord Hanuman, Indian god of wisdom, strength and devotion...

Composed of mold-pressed gilded sterling silver, these handsome, 19th-century cuff links are formed as pointed oblong buttons, decorated with pale blue enameled scrolls and flowers. They are linked by removable S-formed bridges, and both are marked sterling. Each button measures about 1 inch long and ¼ inch at its widest part. Weight: 6.1 grams

A delightful Imperial Austrian silver brooch set with three reverse-carved Essex crystals by the Imperial jeweler Georg Adam Scheid. The domed pin is finely engraved in a basket-weave motif and is pierced by three Essex crystals, each depicting a lap dog, perhaps a Pekingese. The dogs are well carved and colored, with tiny blue bows under their chins. The crystals never had a mother-of-pearl backing like those produced in England and France...

This pretty and detailed pin might depict St. Catherine (patroness of young maidens and female scholars – we like her!). There is a wheel in the background (possibly a “Catherine Wheel,” but it could also just be a ship's wheel or a spinning wheel), and a flower in the foreground. Her clothing looks very Renaissance-era to us. Marked “SILVER” on the C-clasp, with an illegible maker’s mark, the metal tests as sterling, and she’s a dainty 7/8” in diameter. 2.5g...

Beautifully worked and quite generous in size this late Victorian / Edwardian locket pendant is, I am assuming, a US-made piece since it is not hallmarked at all. Elegantly monogrammed on the back, it opens to reveal a glass-protected case for the photo of your loved one...

This very Victorian grooming chatelaine is from the 1800s. It has a Chinese fish motif at the top, and dangling from that are 3 implements: a tweezers, one for cleaning nails, and an ear-cleaning device. (We saw a similar chatelaine on eBay, and the ear-cleaning implement was advertised as a device for opium users, but we don’t think so! However, as non-opium users, we could be wrong ….) It is unmarked but tests positive for silver, and with a patina consistent with age...

A distinctive, eclectic design of various size rings and impressed floral elements, probably ca. 1920. The chain tests strongly as sterling silver and is highly patinated, resembling gunmetal. It is unmarked and does not have a clasp. Doubled, the chain measures 16 ½ inches long. Weight: 58.9 grams

This impressive French silver chain is hand-worked with applied textured silver wire intertwined among bow-like links. It was made at the turn of the 20th century, and is a fine example of the lovely handmade chains that were produced in Paris at the time. The links are delicate; each bow-like element measures just under 1/2 inch long and 3/16 inch wide...

Natural Bohemian garnets are featured in this antique pin. Two round elements are made up of three tiers of rich red rose-cut garnets. Each garnet circle is surrounded by a row of tiny rose-cut garnets. Suspended from these elements are three droppers featuring more garnets, round and marquise in shape. These droppers add eye-catching motion to the piece when it is worn. All of the gems are beautifully prong set. The pin is unmarked but is silver and is 1 ¼” wide...

This mixed-metal sash buckle’s design is composed of swirling flowers, leaves, and a bud. The silver plate shows some wear - yellow metal shows through at some of the high points. We believe the gold to be about 9kt, and it’s some type of plating...

A sterling silver Connemara marble shamrock Pin. This Edwardian circa 1900 brooch measures 1-3/4" x 1/2". This Edwardian period pin has the original c-clasp and it is stamped simply SILVER with a maker's stamp we can't decipher. The stone appears a bit yellow in our photo, but that is a photo artifact, it is a definite green in person. Dark romantic Bohemian rose cut garnet brooch from the late 19th century set in star cluster. It is 1 3/8" in diameter.

Here are two charming sterling silver scatter pins formed as ladies’ heads complete with bonnets and flowing hair. They are typical of the highly detailed cast work of Unger Bros., of Newark, NJ, during the Art Nouveau period. Both have secure C-clasps; one looks to have been replaced, perhaps during the 1920s. The fine features are intact and the maker’s mark well struck. Each pin measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. 4.4 grams total

This Scottish agate pin is in the shape of a dagger. The Victorians called them dirks. It is hallmarked sterling.
