This 14 1/2" by 19 1/2" work (18" by 23" as framed) is by listed Canadian artist WILLIAM HARISCH (1914-1967). Harisch painted in a style that appears clearly European, and indeed works of his native country (one titled "Heidelberg") have come to market...

This carved rock crystal snuff bottle is 2 ¾ inches tall, 1 ½ inches wide and 1 ¼ inches thick. It depicts a bird in a lotus pond. The snuff bottle is well hollowed and polished. It has cone shape agate top. The crystal has natural grains and impurities.

I have been unable to link this to a known artist. The black outlining style of the imagery and, especially the colors chosen by the artist suggest a late 1950's or early 1960's date...

A pretty scene of rapids and a wild river running through a wide gorge, trees bordering, signed at lower left with initials that appear to be MKB and dated there 1934. The watercolor on paper work measures 14 1/2" by 11 1/2" (25 1/2" by 21 1/2" in interesting frame, with drawn lines mat). The landscape could be Canadian as well but without more information on the artist it is difficult to determine authorship. Found in the mountain states of the west...
