As with all of Dorothy Bauer's rhinestone jewelry, the stones are Austrian crystal and are prong set. The frame is constructed and soldered by hand. California designer Bauer creates some pieces in LIMITED EDITIONS. This Christmas tree is one of them and this particular tree is 26/120 as is shown on the back of the pin. The Bauer cartouche is also displayed on the back. A white leather-like storage pouch and a collectors' record and description are included. The pin is 2 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" wide.

Vintage YSL black lucite bead necklace. Three strand of round, black beads hold a large, center asymmetric black lucite piece in a gold color metal frame. Difficult to measure, but the shortest strand including the chain and hook (but not the logo at the tip) measures 18 1/2" (47 cm). The center piece measures 2 3/4" (7.4 cm) wide x 2 5/8" (7 cm) long. The necklace is signed on the back of the center piece & with a logo tag at the end...

This grape design is sometimes called Moonlight Grapes. An early Georg Jensen design (1920s), it was updated slightly in 2010, including giving individual grapes more heft. There are three especially large ones at the top of the bunch. Designed by Harald Nielsen, it measures 1.5in wide x 2.75in long (4cm x 7cm). I bought it in 2000 and it’s in excellent condition, almost never worn.

Formed as a pectoral, composed of a molten and forged wire chain and a sizable pendant with three drops. The top of the pendant is set with two cabochon amethysts. The back of the pendant shows unintelligible marks in addition to what appears to be a 925 for silver content; the pendant and chain test definitively for sterling. The necklace measures 15 ½ inches long when clasped; the pendant measures 3 1/8 inches wide by 4 ¾ inches long. Gross weight: 79.3 grams
