Fabulous very big 1980s bangle in dark wood with three large detailed dimensional leopard head decorations. Marked DOMINIQUE AURIENTIS PARIS. The leopard head elements are based on 16th century Benin bronze leopard head masks which were worn as waist or hip ornaments. 14K GOLD earwires. In a USA studio, these earlobe hugging earwires were hand fabricated then stamped: 14K which keeps going up! The dangles were designed and assembled with real (no faux, nor glass here!) Amethyst, Coin Pearl & green Peridot gemstones. Ahhh, the old suffragette colors of green, white & violet! 22K gold vermeil on Sterling Silver bead caps were added then gf (will Not wear off) was used to thread the gemstones securely...

These earrings measure 1 1/2" x 1/2". They are slightly concave with bezel-set, lapis eyes. They are marked 925 and have a hallmark of a triangle with a circle inside (see pictures). They hang from a kidney wire / Shepherd's Hook / Fishhook (how appropriate). They are in excellent condition.
