This is a real favorite of mine. A signed photograph of Rhode Island Reds Hockey team general manager, Lou Pieri(1897-1967). The inscription in ball point pen is a bit indistinct but reads " The Best RI Reds Team Ever Lou Pieri". I'm assuming these are the wives of the players. Pieri was an American basketball and ice hockey executive and coach( see Wikipedia for further information). The 8X10 B&W photo has some creasing and minor wear at the bottom and top edge; the frame shows some wear.

Very hard to find large candy tin, with a great caricatures of a Black bell Boy playing the saxophone.

Offered is a fabulous grouping of 10, VERY RARELY FOUND, 1880's, Black Americana die cuts printed in Germany and sold by the Bim Brothers, London.
The die cuts are a representation of every day European black folk of the 1880s- from a mother holding her infant to an officer in the army, these ten charming die cuts make for a thought-provoking display! Interestingly, yes, these die cuts do indeed have a bluish tinge to their skin color- an occurrence for which no explanation can be offered...
