Very rare painted metal figure of a black girl mounted on an alabaster base. The girl wears a yellow pinafore with blue trim, a blue hair bow, red socks, black Mary Janes, and carries a basket of flowers. The alabaster base has a slot to hold a place card. American, circa 1900. 2" tall. The alabaster has some nicks at the edges, but the figure is in very good condition.

A simply wonderful piece of English royalty memorabilia. A sterling silver replica of the English throne and the anointing spoon rest atop a replica of the velvet pillow upon which the crown is carried in procession at the coronation of English monarchs at Westminster Abbey. Both the throne and anointing spoon bear full hallmarks for the coronation year 1910 in the City of Birmingham. The maker's mark is "L&S." Both sterling pieces also bear a registry number. 2" tall; 2.5" square.

Offered are two, very-hard-to-find, antique, Smooth-Face, Wood Shaft, Golf Clubs. Both hand-forged irons are circa 1900 and sport hickory shafts and original leather grips. Each club exhibits a rarely found smooth-face surface.

The club on the left is stamped with the owner's initials "T.H" and "AC SPAULDING & BROS MAKERS", plus "MODEL D HAND FORGED". The shaft is secure and is modestly split above the hosel. The iron has a tarnished patina and smooth surface...

In 1912, in a stroke of advertising genius, Mayo's Tobacco Company packaged their cut plug tobacco in round tins with a lithographed character. Each held 1 pound of tobacco. It was opened by removing the head!

These "Roly-Polys" were a unique shape that distinguished them from the rectangular and lunch box-shaped tins that surrounded them on store shelves...
