For the fan of professional women's basketball, this is a medium size vintage Women's NBA t-shirt, of the Los Angeles Sparks, dating from approximately 1999 to 2001, signed on the cloth in marker by five or six members of the team. I am not a keen basketball fan or knowledgeable about women's basketball, but I have researched this item online and determined that at least two of the autographs are by Allison Feaster, and Ukari Figgs, and I believe Mwadi Mabika...
Autographed in blue ink on the title page, this is a copy of Bill Bradley's 1996 memoir "Time Present, Time Past", in which the 1970's basketball star, and subsequent nationally-known presidential candidate and United States Senator describes his life's journey from small town Missouri through his public service. Original ball point pen signature of the famous heavyweight boxing champion and cultural icon of the 1920's, JACK DEMPSEY (1895-1983). This signature is on the back of an envelope, which has been clipped, then inserted into a small frame, superimposed on reproduced imagery of the champ in his boxing days. Dempsey was world heavyweight champion from 1919 to 1926. After a long career in the ring, he became a celebrity restaurateur and philanthropist in his later life...
Here's an unusual item for the collector of early California art, illustration art, or baseball related art.......an ink on paper drawing showing President William Howard Taft throwing out the (first?) baseball......signed at center right and dated 1910, when the artist would have been 18 or 19 years old (some sources report his birth year as 1891). According to the Hughes biography, Grimm was born in South America and was already displaying talent in art at a tender age...
For the baseball memorabilia collector, a rare and possibly unique item: a standard white frisbee, inscribed and signed in blue marker by all-time great MICKEY MANTLE. Mantle played major league baseball for the New York Yankees between 1951 and 1968, playing center field and first base. An outstanding switch hitter, he set many records in the sport and is certainly considered among its most famous players of all time. He died in 1995 after a long retirement...

This is a real favorite of mine. A signed photograph of Rhode Island Reds Hockey team general manager, Lou Pieri(1897-1967). The inscription in ball point pen is a bit indistinct but reads " The Best RI Reds Team Ever Lou Pieri". I'm assuming these are the wives of the players. Pieri was an American basketball and ice hockey executive and coach( see Wikipedia for further information). The 8X10 B&W photo has some creasing and minor wear at the bottom and top edge; the frame shows some wear.
