Framed under glass, a rare political poster from the 1954 NY State Republican Centennial featuring Thomas E. Dewey, Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon. The wooden gilt frame shows some wear and there is a stain in the upper left corner. The print measures approximately 17" x 21"; the frame 21" x 25-1/2". Not examined out of the frame.

Offered are two, VERY RARE, 1880's, romantically-themed advertisements printed in Germany and sold by the Bim Brothers, London. The two advertisements both feature well-dressed African American gentlemen attempting to woo and capture the exclusive attentions of pretty young African-American ladies, one via a banjo serenade and the other via an offer of lovely flowers.

The products which these advertisements were meant to endorse is unknown...

Nice set of 9 old Pins, including 6 Black Americana ones, they may have formed part of another game before, perhaps on a stand with metal rods going through as there are holes through the necks on the sides?? They Measure approx 9.5" tall.

A 14k Knight Templar York Rite jewel fob with garnets circa 1920s. It has (tested) garnets, white and black enamel, inlaid onyx and white gold as well. The suit of armor helmet pivots, and it has a myriad of inscriptions, including: IN HOC SIGNO VINCES PRESENTED TO E.F. BEYER BY H.G. MARLATT MARCH 23, 1923 BUFFALO, N.Y. QUEEN CITY 358 KEYSTONE CHAPTER 163 HUGH DE PAYENS COMMANDERY 30. It weighs an impressive 10.4 grams, and it measures 1-1/2" x 7/8"...

Measuring 1 3/4 inches in diameter x 5/16 of an inch high, this rarely-found, circa 1920’s, dexterity game depicts a small black boy with Fez blowing bubbles out of a pipe! The puzzle is quite colorful and is very visually appealing! The puzzle contains 4 tiny white balls of unknown material, that, with the proper manual dexterity, are to be placed in the four bubbles the boy is blowing!

Constructed of tin with a cardboard lithographed image and a glass cover, this game has a mirrored back...

Sweet little pail depicting native ready to boil up one of the other children... It measures circa 4" tall and 4" in diameter. Please see photos, definite wear and rusting in places

The die cuts are a representation of every day European black folk of the 1880s- from a mother holding her infant to an officer in the army, these ten charming die cuts make for a thought-provoking display! Interestingly, yes, these die cuts do indeed have a bluish tinge to their skin color- an occurrence for which no explanation can be offered...

This circa 1940's (perhaps even earlier!) Mammy has a polished cotton half body firmly stuffed with cotton batting which is attached to a fabric-covered, cardboard platform that enables her to sit...

Great book, 20 pages, full of colour pictures and story, Condition is good. I have only taken a few pictures to give you an idea.. plenty more pages of fun....
