This is a fully functioning small cigar cutter with a 9ct rose gold filled body and steel blade, originally worn on a gentleman's watch chain. The cutting mechanism towards the end of the cutter slides open. Measures approximately 1.5” long. Very good vintage condition with minor wear to plate. A collectible accessory for the cigar lover.
