The red, white and blue color scheme gives this LeMoyne Stars a patriotic feel. Corner block stars repeating the small ones in the body of the quilt are a nice touch. Triple borders frame the stars well. It is quilted with cable patterns throughout. The quilt is in excellent, unwashed condition. Measurements are 66" x 84". Pennsylvania origin; made 1930's.

The vintage Chinese blue and white bowl is decorated with two dragons and clouds, symmetrically opposite with the flaming pearl between the two dragons. The base of the bowl is a double circular ring which represents eternity.

A tall, slender ribbed green jade vase with hexagonal top and having an alabaster foot. The 9 3/4 inch tall vase is depicted as shape 6241 in the Steuben factory line drawings as reproduced in ”The Glass of Frederick Carder” by Paul Gardner. The vase is unsigned, but undoubtedly Carder Steuben. There is no damage.
