Skillfully sculpted in the late 1800's, this exquisite leaf compote is shrouded in a generous coating of gold aventurine. The leaf portion is very thin and masterfully executed freehand. The stem is hollow, and it and the foot are blown into a rib mold and are hot worked into a spiral pattern. At around age 120, the leaf compote is in perfect condition. Measuring 3.5"x6"x6.5"h., the piece is unmarked.

The Steuben beaver was introduced between 1975 and 1977 and designed by Lloyd Atkins. It has garnet eyes. This one measures 3 1/2" tall and is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8360

Nice triple relish ensemble by Axel Bruel (1900 - 1977), consisting of a trefoil-shaped centre piece with knob handle, and three plates. Decoration of vigorously painted flower sprigs in green over White, 1950's. Diameter of plates "6¾/ 17,5 cm, width of centerpiece "10¾/ 28 cm. Condition: a glaze flake to the edge of the knob, otherwise fine.

Central Glass Co. made Frances in the 1920's & 30"s. These 3" candlesticks are in great shape. Thanks for looking.

Fenton made Black Rose for a little over one year from 1953-54. This 4" squat vase is in mint condition. All of Black Rose is considered rare.

Hand spun, hand woven Japanese Tsumugi silk obi. This obi was made from a full obi roll without being cut; the front fabric was turned into the back and the sides of obi were simply sewn together without padding inside. Large Antique South East Asian Bronze Wok, hand pounded as seen on the bottom well made and probably dating to the 19th c . The center shows white and green verdigris but the marks are in the metal and smooth and flush to the surface and should be no problem to use . Size diameter just over 19" by 4" weight 9.5 pounds

Chinese Ming Dynasty lacquered bronze amphora type vase with Dragon Headed handles, of small scale this wonderful little vase was finely cast down to the detail of the dragon faces on the handles, a geometric pattern above the foot. The vase has a very early Lacquer plug repair on the base. Size 3.5" by 2.5"

Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. An Interesting Stylish Vintage Burl Wood Lamp. Mid Century Modern Lamp with unusual wood shade. Measures about 24" tall, base about 10 1/2 at its widest, shade about 15" by 10". One small hole in shade as shown, otherwise fine. Could not find a maker's mark, maybe someone will know. Great look.

Being offered is a superb circa 1945 sterling silver pitcher by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico; handwrought bulbous form originally, specifically designed as a sangria pitcher with three applied floral motifs on the body; flared neck; ribbon handle with ruffle decoration, but of course pitcher can be used for water, iced tea etc. Dimensions: 7 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches diameter. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. Weight is a hefty 38 ozs.
