The saucer measures approximately 4.5" in diameter and the cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter across the base. It has a riding crop detail for the handle that stretches around the base. The fox and crop detail are slightly raised and beautifully hand-painted. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.

This pair of porcelain swans was produced in the United States by Lenox between 1930 and 1960. They measure 4 3/4 inches long and 3 1/8 inches high. The porcelain swan forms a little cup like vessel in which to hold nuts or mints. The porcelain is molded in the shape of a swan with graceful neck and defined feathers. It is colored salmon pink. The edges of the wing, tail and feet are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

Here is a lovely small tray in an exquisite blue and brown glaze by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 1 1/4" (3cm) high and is 5 1/2" (14cm) in diameter. On the understand Farsta is impressed on each of the four feet, Gustavsberg, Kage, the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, Studio, and the date code Y. This piece was created in 1954. The name Hjelmberg is also etched. Mint condition.

This important and fantastic example of Farsta pieces designed by Wilhelm Kåge for Gustavsberg measures 8 5/8" (22cm). On the underside of the base is incised KÅGE, and I.9. Impressed is Gustavsberg, the Studio hand insignia, and Farsta (five times). This extraordinary piece, a supreme example of Kåge's inventiveness, was created in 1959. Mint condition.

Mosaic pottery tazza and vase from the 1940s or 50s, by Gerbino, France. The handling and modelling of clays in various colors necessary for the creation of this kind of art objects was a complicated procedure, mastered only by Jean Gerbino and his family in Vallauris, the French studio pottery center of the period. Impressed marks Gerbino and Vallauris. Height of tazza "3 ½ / 9 cm and of the vase "5 ½ / 14 cm, diameter of tazza "6/ 15 cm. Condition: fine.

This pair of porcelain sea lions was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. They measure about 5 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall. They are signed by the artist K. Himmelstoss, a fine modeler who worked at Rosenthal. These adorable little guys look like they are kissing. They are well modeled and hand painted. Artisans at Rosenthal created animal figures with character and personality as you can see. Condition: Excellent first quality.

Six(6) English Crown Staffordshire Porcelain Demitasse Cups and Saucers, cup-1 1/4" high, 2 1/8" diameter-top rim and saucer-3/4" high, 4 7/8" diameter with Primrose design, marked "Crown Staffordshire, Made in England" in green and name of pattern is "Maytime" in brown on the bottom. One(1) cup has old glaze hairline across the bottom continue to top rim and small frit on the rim outside but I did not see any hairline inside the cup.

Fiesta ware Vintage Blue Cream Soup is 5" wide at the bowl edges, 6.25" at the handles. It is about 2.25" high. Made from 1936-59.

French Majolica knife rests from the 1950s, a pair. Handmade, unsigned but likely from Vallauris, the foremost ceramic centre in postwar France, also favoured by artists like Picasso. Length c."4/ 10 cm. Condition: a small glaze flake to the tip of the tail of one dove (cf. pic 3 and 4).

A superb and important example of Wilhelm Kage's Farsta series. This vase measures 8 1/4" high and 6 1/2" wide. The glaze is in browns and tans and the decorations is of incised squares, rectangles and vertical lines; it is truly a work of art. On the underside is incised Farsta nine times, Kage, the Gustavsberg hand, Studio, and the letter Y, which dates this piece to 1954. Condition is mint. Museum quality.

Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Coffee Pot, made in "Denmark", 9 1/2" high, 6" wide with handle, hand painted vivid and crispy floral design with highlight with gold, the porcelain body is fluted vertical low relief lines on the surface. This interesting vase has a notch in it making it look a little like Pac Man, but giving it a very distinct form. However, we believe that it was created in a studio by excellent ceramicists who decorated the vase with free flowing green and blue glazes. One side has a stack of incised chevrons running down the center. The underside is marked with what appears to be W NZ VI, marks whose identity elude us...

Two stoneware tiles from the “Fritte” range, designed by Aldo Londi and produced by Bitossi in the 1950s for Illums Bolighus, famous design department store in Copenhagen. Impressed fish motif with fused glass – Italian “fritte” – one in Rimini Blu, the other a light olive green. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of Bitossi. Both tiles marked Illums Bolighus and 715 B (one) and 724A (the other)...
