German Rudolstadt porcelain Potpourri Jar with inner top with holes under the top cover, 7 1/4" high, 5 1/2" wide, made by "New York & Rudolstadt Pottery" before 1920 with large pink and baby blue transfer floral design highlighted in brilliant gold on semi dull finish glaze, gold finish is worn on the round knob, and swirling wave pattern on the body. Glaze hairline across the top cover but did not go down all the way.

This is a truly elegant shaped TOBO vase by Erich and Ingrid Triller. It measures 6 3/8" (16cm) tall. On the underside is painted Tobo Triller. The unusual glaze is a yellow ochre, and one of the finest examples of the Triller's artistry. Mint condition.

A Royal Doulton Room for One Early Motoring series ware plate. This rare 10-5/8" series ware display plate from the Early Motoring series was produced by Royal Doulton from 1905-28. This plate depicts the scene called "Room for One" (D2406); it has the black Doulton mark, a letter E below the pattern number and an underglaze 11-06 (or08) (for 1906 or 1908)...

German Rosenthal Porcelain Serving Tureen with two(2) handles and cover, Casserole Dish, Ca. 1933-1945, large colorful Rose and other flowers decorated plus brilliant gold accent. Marked on the bottom, "RC Kronach, Bavaria" in green, and "R" in red. Very tight glaze hair line on one side about 2" x 1" long, can not capture it with my camera, this tureen will make very nice serving dish on the table.

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by Meissen before 1970. It measures 10 3/4 inches by 10 3/4 inches and is 3 3/4 inches deep. The bowl is square shaped with rounded edges. The porcelain is of the highest quality. Chinese style motifs are used for decoration. There are elongated, stylized dragons, fighting roosters and Chinese symbols hand painted and amply gilded inside and outside the bowl. There is heavy gold trim on the rim...

Japanese porcelain high footed dish in the form of a late 17th century Nabeshima dish. This one is a fairly straight forward copy of one of a set of dishes at the Tokyo Museum depicting an old cherry tree with abundant blossoms, proably made sometime in the 20th century. Underglaze blue and overglaze enamels. 10 inches (25.5 cm) diameter and 2 7/8 inches (7.5 cm) tall.

A green glazed hand thrown pottery vase signed on the bottom, “W N/OWEN” (Walter Nelson Owen 1895- 1981) with the original retail paper label reading, “Hand Made For/PETER MURPHEY/HWY. 191 . P. O. Box 653/HENDERSONVILLE, N.C.” Peter Murphey ran a small ad in The Transylvania Times, of Brevard N.C. June 3, 1965 advertising a continuous Craftsmans Fair at his address. This pair of porcelain vases was produced in Germany by Meissen in 1973. They measure 5 1/4 inches high and have a diameter of 3 1/4 inches. They have a rich cobalt blue ground. The reserves on the front of the vases are expertly hand painted. The sprays of brightly colored flowers are framed in elaborate gilded cartouches. There are other gilded features and trim. They have a graceful shape with pedestal bases and handles. It is lovely to find a matching pair...
