Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #710 8 inch salad plate in blue ceramic. The color is a light blue wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal. Hobbs, Brockunier & Co., Wheeling, West Virginia produced glass from 1845-1891. This canoe is before 1886 before Hobbs, Brockunier and Co. ceased to exist on December 31 of 1886 and before Hobbs Glass Co. was organized in August of 1886.

There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.

The canary canoe is 8 1/4" long and 3" wide at the center.

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Originally produced in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the footed sherbet in the green satin finish. (The color is actually more teal blue than green.) This color is very hard to find because it was only made in 1938-9. Excellent condition, I have 4 available...

Old Cafe is a smaller pattern produced by Hocking from 1936 to 1938. Offered here is the covered candy jar. The base is pink, the lid for the covered candy jar is always ruby. This candy jar has the original 'Royal Ruby' label on the lid. Excellent condition. I have others available without the label if you want to spend a little less.
