Hefty highly ornate big bold wide cuff weighing 56 grams of silver with high relief designs. Signed or marked "SRS" and 800. Possibly from South America? Same one at other sites sold for more! Much chased Flower, Fruit, Leaves Scroll details with lots of rich darkening in the crevices that makes the almost punched out designs jump out.

Sigi is short for Sigfredo Pineda, who set up his own workshop in the 1950's and is still producing modernist jewelry. He apprenticed under Castillo, not William Spratling as he was born somewhat later, in 1929. He is the sole surviving member of the Taxco silversmith artist colony startedby William Spratling in the 30's and 40's. We love the clean and modern design of these wonderful coiled cufflinks...

Georg Jensen with Christian Mohl Hansen designed this dove brooch, possibly because the world was at war when this one was produced. It is1.75 in at widest point , 1.5in high (4.25cm, 4cm). There are many GJ doves in existence but few that are as old as this one, which was produced more than 80 years ago. Printed on the back is the Georg Jensen mark used from 1933 to 1944. Printed there also are 925, sterling, Denmark, and the number 155.

They were purchased from Mr. deLillo from his own collection. They are huge and dramatic clip earrings. 4" long from top of clip, 2 1/4" wide. One earring has the deLillo name plate.

deLillo's beautiful green beads earrings all but glow! The hoops with their dangles sway slightly as the wearer moves. Designed for de Lillo in the 1970's by Robert Clark, formerly Chief Designer for Miriam Haskell. These particular clip earrings were purchased from Mr. deLillo and Mr. Clark from their personal archives and were the prototype for the limited edition that Mr. Clark produced. Earrings are 3 1/2" top to bottom, hoops are 1 1/2" in diameter. One ear has the deLillo plaque.
