Spratling designed this extraordinary pair of sterling wall sconces in the 1950's. Hand forged in sterling silver, each sconce measures 7 1/4" high X 7 1/4" across. Total weight of the pair is 300 grams. The sunburst composition is reminiscent of the sterling silver necklace Spratling designed for cosmetic entrepreneur & philanthropist Helena Rubenstein in the 1940's. The sconces are in beautiful vintage condition. Both are signed WILLIAM SPRATLING TAXCO MEXICO, eagle 30.

Super stylish Art Deco sterling silver compote. Round bowl with flared rim and curved and tapering sides. Ovoid support with Bakelite band to round foot with same. Visible hand hammering with nice shimmer. Italian marks (1934-44) including unidentified Roman maker’s stamp (14 Roma) and Milan retailer’s stamp (Fratelli Veneziani). Good condition. This is a STERLING TIFFANY & CO. PERFUME BOTTLE designed in the Shape of a Miniature FLASK. Size is 1" X 1 3/4" and made with Good Medium to Heavy Gauge STERLING SILVER. There is the Screw in Stopper with Wand atop. Marked on One side: TIFFANY & CO.; 180 degrees around reads: STERLING/ and an Asian Mark. Looks to have been contracted to a Japanese Silver maker circa 1950. CONDITION is EXCELLENT ...zero dings or dents.

It weighs approximately 1.5 lbs. The tea cup is an elegantly simple round bowl measuring 3.5" in diameter by 1.75" deep. It weighs 103.3 grams. The creamer measures 3.5" in diameter with a .75" spout. The handle is 2.75" long. It weighs 148.4 grams.

Very fine sterling silver trumpet vase with a ruby glass liner. The vase's body is intricately pierced in an acanthus leaf motif to show the rich red liner. The undulating flared rim lends a slight Art Nouveau feeling to the overall look. The base is marked for the Watson Co.

A fine, colorful boxed set of six sterling silver coffee or demitasse spoons with gilt and guilloche enamel decoration by the Birmingham silversmith, Turner & Simpson. The delicate shades of the guilloche enamel are accented with white champlevé enamel. Turner & Simpson sold sets such as this through luxury jewelers such as Garrard and Asprey in London. Each spoon is fully hallmarked by the maker. The set is presented in its original fitted box.
