Cast animal heads: Bowl ends have shaggy, horned oxen, and cover finial is a fierce and gaping boar. Elegant Classicism and red meat hardiness. One side has shaped blade with open rectangles; the other side has 3 tines. Monogram engraved on handle. A fine piece by a historic maker, that underwent many changes in partnerships and names.
