Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 19189 (first produced in 1916), director’s letter m, volume, and phrase “Reproduction / Original by / Pygan Adams / New London / 1712 1776”. Oval well surrounded by wide and irregular shoulder with scrolled and whiplash eddying water—a whirlpool made more dangerous by the beckoning Lorelei. Well has engraved script monogram D. Fully marked and numbered C2884. Very good condition.

German silver figural bird bowl, ca 1920. A swan with s-scroll neck, closed bill, and direct expression. Webbed feet in glide mode. Fine delineation of feathers from scaly neck to downy wing plumes. Hollow gilt-washed interior; frosted glass liner with scalloped rim. Silver marked “Sterling Silver Germany”. Very good condition.

Pair of turn-of-the-century German 800 silver bobble-head boxes. A two-man percussion band comprising baby-faced drummer and wizened cymbalist. Rotund bodies squeezed into olden-days doublet and hose with neck-ruff covers. Feather-capped heads bob, bob, bob along to the music. Perfect timing not guaranteed. Marked. Excellent condition.
