Kangxi style, but probably early 1800s

This vase is painted in green, yellow, turquoise and black enamel on a pale aubergine background, depicting various dignitary figures in a garden setting. The interior is fully glazed white, having some minor pitting and small iron specks in the glaze. The base is unglazed with areas of light orange re-oxidation from the firing, and the fine white paste is visible around the perimeter. There is a spurious Zhengde mark in black enamel on the shoulder. ...

This fun vintage large cast iron Fedora hat-form paperweight is straight out of the 30's, comprised of gold painted nicely detailed banded hat with a worn look, circa 1940, probably American made. Measurements: 4 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" high. Great condition having a few bumps and bruises made to look authentic. Slight wear to the finish adds to the overall look of the hat.

These bottles are decorated in underglaze cobalt blue and colored enamels with a design of various painted fans floating on an iron red enamel ground that is covered with gilt spirals. The interiors and mouthrims are clear glazed. The bases are glazed clear and the footrings are unglazed, exposing the fine white porcelain paste. Chinese Western Han Dynasty Painted Pottery Head (206 BC - AD 8)

This fine pottery head was made during the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC - AD 8). It has been "cold painted" in a base coat of white pigment on top of which have been painted pink, red and black pigments to pick out the facial details.
